I had a hard time finishing this skirt, cause my machine was a bit of a pain in the butt. Luckily, just yesterday I got a new machine, the Janome Skyline S5. I finished the skirt with the newbie tonight and I must say it runs great.
My skirt is made out of a lovely satin-cotton fabric by Kokka, with some silver birds on it. For the lining I just used satin and the pockets have some cute vintage clear buttons with engraved leaves.
Can't wait to wear this tomorrow!
